Our Purpose....
The WDMM exists for the sole purpose of ministering in music at District sponsored functions. We will endeavor to lead the District into the presence of God through praise and worship using all available resources in our own District. It is our desire to raise up a generation of worshippers who love this message and are committed to excellence in service.
We will adopt the 3 "E's" in our music ministry for the Wisconsin District:
Evangelize the lost
Unsaved people are in all of our services. We as musicians, praise singers and worship leaders must create an atmosphere for the Spirit of God to bring about healing and salvation.
Excel in music
We must continually strive to learn new material and improve in our musical abilities. To continue to minister in excellence, we must be willing to make changes and know who we are ministering to.
Edify the body of Christ
We must keep in mind that the body of Christ needs to be ministered to. Many come to our gatherings hurt, broken and discouraged. Through music, God can bring about healing to their souls.
